Very very poor customer service! Terrible Terrible Company
I bought a spare part for my bike and some short. It took them 20 days to notify me that the shorts were not in stock. So when I was expecting the product to be delivered I instead found out that it hadn't even be sent yet.
It them took them more than a month to refund the money and that was only after I had to chase them up about it. Very poor customer service that is deplorable. I am lucky that I didn't need the part urgently but if it had broken every I would have been livid!
