Product arrived exactly as expected. There was a hold up on dispatch as the product was out of stock, but once the item has been shipped it arrived from Korea fairly swiftly. The whole process took a couple of weeks. If I had been in a rush to receive the merchandise I probably would have been happy to pay a little more to get the bags from a retailer in the UK (with a much shorter delivery time), but as it was, I paid a competitive price. It would have been useful to know when I ordered that the item was out of stock/expected back in stock in a few days, or to get an email to that effect - I had to email BicycleHero to find out what was causing the delay in dispatching my order.
