This company obviously have more interest in making money than building relationships with regular customers. If I bought a wetsuit online, I had 7 days to request a refund. If you take the time and trouble to go into the shop, they won't give a refund - only a credit note or exchange. Yes, I know all about consumer law. But customer satisfaction clearly means absolutely nothing. Be warned - if you buy, you cannot return and they won't warn you of their terms! Quite why there is a rule for online and an entirely separate one for shop visitors is beyond me. Simple rule: DON'T SHOP IN THE STORE!

I have bought a pair of Cressi fins from their ONLINE shop, and had to inquire why my item has not arrived. I was given an option to either wait or get a totally different item (even different size!!). Then soon enough I was that my refund had been processed when it had not. And now I had to open a Paypal dispute (thank GOD for Paypal!) and am still waiting for to get a single reply from the seller. Now if they think stealing £20 from their customers is fine, chances are they won't think twice taking £200 from your account either! And LIE that they refunded you! Stay clear, there are genuine business around that need customers. DO NOT support thieves and cheating businesses.
