When order was made it clearly stated that the item was in stock. I was informed a couple of days later it was not in stock as stated and would have to be ordered, when it arrived it was the wrong one. Item was returned and even though a picture was sent to them via email of the item I wanted and beeing assured that it would be double checked before been dispatched I was once again sent the wrong item, after nearly three weeks of hassle once again the item was returned for a full refund. Item has now been purchased from elsewhere with no problems. (Loyalty card has been dispatched to the bin.)
