AVOID AT ALL COSTS  TOOK MY MONEY/ WONT REPLY TO EMAILS This company is awful. I placed my very first order and paid $66 for next day delivery from the uk to usa. My total was $343 in total for several pairs of shoes. I paid for next day as these items were to be gifts for some of my family members. This package was marked as delivered by FedEx and it never came. Nothing was ever delivered to my door. I immediately sent an email to simmi London as they have no phone number or chat options for help. Only email. They did respond initially they asked me several questions and asked for a police report. I answered their questions immediately and provided them a police report. THIS IS WHERE THINGS GOT BAD! I found out simmi never provided any information to the carrier. They were not going to refund me for my missing order unless they were refunded by the carrier… that is not legally how things should be handled according to e commerce laws. I remained patient and took things into my own hands opening my own case with FedEx to look for the package. FedEx deemed this package lost. FedEx ALSO SHARED THEY NEVER HEARD FROM SHIPPER NEVER HAD A CASE/CLAIM FROM SHIPPER. So simmi misled. I HAVE PROVIDED ALL FEDEX INFORMATION TO SIMMI VIA EMAIL. Asking them to file a claim so I can be reimbursed.. ⚠️⚠️SIMMI IS NO PONGER RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS⚠️⚠️ they are wanting to keep my money and also get paid by FedEx Please I beg anyone coming here avoid this company at all costs. There shoes are overpriced and if you have a problem with your order you are IGNORED

“Worst Customer Service I've Experienced - Poor Quality...”

I purchased and paid for 5 pairs of shoes....Simmi London sent me 4 pair of shoes. I understand mistakes so I quickly reached out shows them the package as received with only 4 pairs of shoes, shared with them that a pair that I paid for was missing. The waited a day or so and told me that they checked the weight and all the shoes were sent. I opened a case with PayPal and they were no help at all. PAYPAL is pathetic for assisting you when you have been treated badly by the merchant. This purchase took place at the beginning of August, 2022, it is now the end of October 2022, I still don't have the shoes that I purchased. Frustrated, I didnt want any of the shoes, the shipping was crappy after paying a large amount for shipping they just threw the cheap shoe boxes in a bag and tape in. The bag, shoe boxes and shoes were smashed and one pair unwearable. I asked for the prepaid return shipping label and they wanted me to pay another 30.00 or so to ship the order back to them. These people are bad.....to have someone purchase a product and your company refuse to send you the item is theft. Do not purchase from this company, they are not reliable trustworthy and the quality of their shoes is sub-par. I am submitting this experience to all of the government agencies that is available to me including IC3.

“Terrible customer service”

My daughter placed an order with them. The EVRI delivery person said they delivered and put a picture of a black screen and a map point of somewhere in London miles from where we live. We reported to EVRI and to Simmi. My daughter was told by SIMMI that she needed to call the police and report it as a crime as she had not received the order. They said they are unable to help her without a crime reference number!! You are actually joking that Simmi thinks that this is a practical use of police time to call the police and report a missing parcel. Besides the fact that no crime has been committed - Simmi's choice of courier EVRI delivered to address miles from us and Simmi won't do anything without my daughter reporting it to the police - Just to finish that Simmi supplied the delivery details to my daughter that EVRI gave them and it is in London - one check of google maps will tell them that their courier didn't deliver the parcel to the correct address but somewhere 30 miles away so it's cut and dried. Either EVRI delivered to the wrong place or Simmi addressed the parcel incorrectly !! Either way it's not a police matter and my daughter is the one out of pocket and doing the chasing around - very shoddy

“$80 return”

HORRIBLE. I got $40 shoes, they were HUGE on me and when I went to return them they told me I had to pay my own return label which was $80!!!!! How does that even make sense…. Horrible customer service.

Be careful of them. Bought a $80 AUS pair of heels heels and instead they charged my account $1600 Australian $ and I could never get hold of them or get my money back. My money is gone and no one responds to me. Do not recommend it to anyone unless you want them take from your bank using your details without your knowledge

“Was Skeptical ”

I first heard of the site through Instagram. A celeb “Gabbalab” is a fashion blogger and she was rocking some cute clear pumps and said Simmi is where she purchased them. At first I was skeptical bcus after I ordered I checked reviews and there were ton of bad reviews. The deleivery took about 3 weeks but I’m in the US & they came from the UK so I really expected 4 weeks. They kept me up to date with all my tracking info and I received my shoes from the US post office on the day that was scheduled. My shoes fit perfect. I wear a 6-6.5 in boys & I ordered a size 8. They fit perfectly and I will order again very soon.

I bought boots from their website but one day later I received an e-mail with apologies because they didn’t have the stuff i just ordered. And I paid 46,79€ but they refunded me 38,99€. I asked for explanations but i’ve never received them. What a shame..

“Delivery, Useless service”

So disappointing. First I got the wrong shoes number, no I had to place a new order. I did it, but never really got it. They gave me that type of explanation that does't really explain anything.. And now, I am waiting more than one month to get my refund back. Every time I send them an email..the answer is all the same. So..I will have to call my bank today to see can see sort it out, because I don't see any other options no more. And also the shoes are so so uncomfortable !!!! I do not recommend them to no one !

Well on Sunday I decided to order 2 pair of shoes to Malta from Simmi for the first time without reading the reviews. Some hours later I decided to search online for the reviews..to be honest I was really socked to see all those bad comments and I was terrified that my shoes will never arrive or that they will come broken. Unexpectedly 4 days later I received a message that my shoes arrived and I was happily surprised to open the box and see that the shoes are exactly like the picture and that are in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend it to every one.

So, I ordered a pair of shoes for the first time from SIMMI before checking any reviews. After reading the reviews on this site, I was extremely concerned. Especially because the company is in Europe and Im in the US. Well, my shoes came on time, in a nice box, even with dust bags (cheap dust bags but hey I ordered $30 boots). The quality of the boots was as expected if not better than i expected. I will say the shaft is a bit narrow and I'm very petite/thin but still doable. I had no issues whatsoever. I never had to deal with customer service so I cant attest to that, but don't let the bad reviews scare you away from trying this company.

“Unnecessarily sloppy quality..!”

Prices are and look cheap with Simmi shoes, but sadly so is the quality. And it's so little effort they need to put in to make this a brand that would raise the game of online shoe-shopping. Lots of brilliant styles, fashionable and trendy designs. The delivery time is fast (my experience is within Europe..) and the website and handling is all very nice. The problem is so ridiculous, because it really comes down to two main issues: Glue and heels. The stiletto-plugs aren't full in the heel. They stick out and you feel like taking a hammer and just smacking them into place properly (can't be done tho.. - tried!) And the glue is just done badly - it's floppy, sticking out to the sides dried up and threads are hanging around here and there on the fabric. These are somehow minor mistakes that so easily could be avoided, but just does so much damage. The glue and bad heel-plugs give an overall cheap-look vibe which this company/brand doesn't necessarily need. Such a shame! Fix those two issues Simmi, and you'd be a five star brand - it's so little and it'd do so much for your image.

“Slow To Ship, But Worth The Money!! ”

I have recently just ordered the Lorena Black Diamante Stiletto in a UK 7. Unlike many had before, I didn’t google a shoe review as I had seen the shoes on my favourite bloggers and seen good comments on their Instagram as well as people on Twitter. The shipping for me personally was a bit slow, but that was on my fault as I did order them late Christmas Day, and forgot that brands/stores between Christmas Day and Stephens Day are “out” for lack of better words. So impatiently, I googled reviews about the shoe site and saw all the disappointed peopled and waited with worry that my shoes may come in two different sizes, or the fright that they will never come and boy was I wrong. I emailed Customer Services asking about tracking and shipment and they were quick to respond within 24hrs. When my shoes had arrived, the box was in good condition and the shoes even better. I wore them out recently, just this past weekend, and these stilettos are both comfortable and do catch people’s attention. Some of the little diamanté got caught on the edge of a chair and I was terrified it would have come off but it did not. I wore these shoes for about 6 hours, walking across carpet, tile, outdoors on decking, and on even through grass and they stayed in perfect condition. I am really excited to wear them again soon and I look forward to ordering another pair of heels from them soon. If you are hestitant to order a pair of shoes, I say take the chance. I have nothing but compliments and praise for this upcoming brand.

“INJURED LEGS BY STILETTOS”

Ok so i ordered the Cadence rose gold stilettos in size 5 which is my size and it was like I order them in size 6. It didn’t fit at all and due to an event I had that night I didn’t have a choice but wear them for 2 hours. When I sent them an email at their wannabe “Customer Service” with the photos attached of my injured leg and asking them for refund (because they were €40 and I will never wear them again) their reply was “Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the comfort of our shoes as this is an individual subjective matter.”. Really now??? And also I mentioned that I ordered from them a couple times and that it was the first time that happened to me. They could have say at least a sorry or smth. I am so disappointed and I will NEVER order from them again.

“Took my money, no shoes, wont refund money”

This company is incompitent and if you purchase from them, expect to not receieve your items at all. Oh and also dont expect a refund either. After 6 emails and 4 months, still no items, and the company will not refund the money. Spoke with Australia post who admitted it was misdelivered, and stated they need to confirm with the SIMMI shoes, who will refund. After confirming this and passing on all information, SIMMI's response was this. "I have looked into the delivery information for this order and can see that it was delivered by Australia Post via SafeDrop. This means that the customer was not in at the time of delivery therefore a signed POD cannot be obtained and the item would have been left in a safe location at your customers address. If customer is claiming non delivery the first thing to do would be to check with neighbours and safe locations" Be warned!!

The worst sizing ever....Very disappointed and disgusted in the brand. i have my refund and will never use there shoes again and i will not recommend this brand to anyone. I think they need to resize there shoes, cause for me it was a waist of time. I did not appreciate it at all.

“Refused to cancel my order”

I placed my order at 10.47pm and then after realising an error with my order i emailed to cancel at 11.10pm. Something they state in terms and conditions you can do, you just cannot amend your order. I received an email this morning telling me that they have processed the order already so cannot cancel. I have not received any delivery confirmation. And rang my bank who told me the payment is still processing. So the order cant possibly have been processed yet. So they clearly lie also. I emailed again to request my cancellation again but was ignored.
