Vistaprint - Pleasantly surprised!

I ordered wedding invitations, they came exactly on the date specified and were good quality (I paid slightly extra for 'linen' finish which is nicer). I did spend quite a lot of time amending the design to get it just as I wanted. Its true that the price advertised isn't exactly what you pay, the delivery is very expensive as well as VAT added at the end.

I noticed that if I saved my design to come back to later I would receive emails in the next couple of days offering me free delivery, 30% off etc. This made it much cheaper than the original price! So my tip would be don't order straight away...get up to the checkout bit and then come away and go back to it a few days later for a better price.

I ordered a second lot, half of which got lost in the post however I rang them and they re-sent the missing bit as a rush order. This worked out fine.

All in all I found it a good service.
