“cancellation fee without submitting order”

They charge a cancellation fee even if you haven't even submitted your order. They're website is confusing. I didn't input my credit card but they emailed me saying I ordered something even though I never uploaded my art work and received a proof. Be careful when perusing through their website because you might think you're just going through the order process when they make it seem like you agreed to order something. Ridiculous. How can you order something without agreeing to pay and seeing the proof?

“Avoid if you want a good job doing!”

Having been given a promise that my job would be delivered on time, I received an email the day before the delivery date saying that due to a fault at their end, my job would be late. I have had to rearrange replacement print at my own cost, or risk losing a client. I cannot now get a refund from them, or any sort of customer service (wish I'd read these reviews first) from them. Avoid at all costs.

“Horrible Service - Disputed with PayPal”

While cheap printing their customer service is cheaper. Misinformation was given by their graphics team regarding artwork and while they state; “We understand that this message is not totally clear to understand” they fail to take ownership, or even partial ownership. It is a misfortune of having to deal with their horrible customer service and payment has been disputed with and escalated to PayPal.

“Worst customer service you have ever seen”

Worst customer service you have ever seen. Bought some folders, downloaded their template, instructions were terrible and the template apparently wasn't even the right size! Every time I submitted new artwork there were new problems and they couldn't show me an example of completed files so I can get an idea of what needed to be done. WORST. SERVICE. EVER.

“Shocking Customer Service”

Don't be tempted by Print 24's prices, their customer service is absolutely shocking! If you make a mistake navigating their many drop down boxes when ordering e.g. accidentally select single sided rather than double sided, instead of charging you the difference they make you reorder and charge you a cancellation fee. They recently screwed up the printing of our order (thin paper instead of thick card), and instead of giving us a proper apology and a refund, they would't give us a refund unless we posted them samples to Germany which is such a hassle. When they got our samples, they then emailed to offer us either a reprint (for an event that had already happened), or a partial refund in print credits only - so not an actual refund at all! I recommend Solo Press who have excellent customer service and a much faster turn around time included in their standard price!

“Dreadful service. Avoid.”

Ordered 7500 A4 programmes for an event in July 2016. Paid a staggering £132 for express delivery including confirmation in writing from Print24 that they would be delivered the day before the event. Print 24 then emailed me to say delivery could not be guaranteed (too late to find another printer). The programmes were delivered the day after the event finished.

“Late and poor quality ”

This company has no regard to the on-line delivery promise. The quality was so poor that the brochures were in unuseable. My local photycopy shop produced copies that were infinitely better than PRINT24.

“Terrible company! Must avoid!”

Delay, delay, always delay! Regardless how urgent you are, regardless which production speed you have chosen. Just an email notify you your order will be late no other effort to help. Rubbish company. Avoid if you can.

“I submitted an order with this company today and made...”

I submitted an order with this company today and made one error. After consulting with one of the online advisors !! I was told I should cancel the order and re- submit it for the total cost of £14.00. The original order was for £20.00.. Initially my instinct was " not to use this company" not was I right.  as long as you have more sense than I did " YOU WONT US3 THEM. Disgusting tactics .... BE WARNED!!!!!! Never again, total rubbish.

“Absolutely Awful”

I would have given zero stars but its not accepted on the system! I ordered Banners, Flyers & Posters in 2 sizes for an Event & delivery in France. Was shocked to see on the Order Confirmation the Delivery address was in WALES although l had selected France & confirmed the delivery address. As soon as l saw it ( less than an hour after making the order) l phoned & was told there was no problem changing the address, just confirm in wriing with an e-mail - in short my Delivery was sent to Wales, the Company refuse any refund because they say the delivery was accepted & signed for - this is impossible as the addressee lives in France, the person living at that address confirms they did not sign for any delivery & that there name is different to the one that appears on the elivery docket which curiousely enough is the name of the person living in France, but incomplete & spelt incorrectly. I have been lied to, am out of pocket & furious.

“Be carefull when you send your design.”

If you're not careful when submitting designs they charge you extra (15 euro) I' am a trained graphic designer and yet they refused my design because it supposedly was not in accordance with their terms. But the conditions were not clear in the submission of the designs. After a call, they had to admit their fault, but still they had to charge extra.

“Terrible calibration and Customer Service”

I got 1000 flyers printed on February 17th 2015. Upon arrival ALL the prints in the batch we misprinted. A white line appears on the left and top side of my A5 page (this did not appear in my original deisgn). After speaking with customer care they advised that they were sorry for their mistake but at the same time refused to offer to rectify their error. They also refused to refund me. I am now stuck with a bucnh of prints that I cannot use and I am also out of pocket. My suggestion is only use them if you have NO OTHER alternative. They are cheap and this is literally for a reason!! DO NOT USE PRINT24!!!!

Worst service ever and very late (or NO) response to all our emails. Bad support and worst communication ever! We will never ever place an order with Print24 again. I would never recommend this printing service to annyone. Go to a local printer that can guaranty a good service and serves you in the right language.

“Use with caution”

Quality is OK but if you have any sensitive or time critical printing do not use. I will never risk sending any of my client work here if its time or quality critical. They will hide behind terms if they make a mistake or delivery is delayed. I have received 2 orders which were short of the ordered number (also covered in their terms, beware!) 1 order was sent to a different address and I received the other people at the other address order (not good for client confidentiality!) 1 order was poorly trimmed giving an obvious uncentred look to an even bordered document. Again this poor finishing is covered in their terms as they allow error margin on each side! A document can be 3mm off centre and there is no recourse to reprint. Out of 8 orders 50% have been unsatisfactory. Not good. Cheap though but you get what you pay for.

“Do not use these jokers”

If you want something printed, do not use Print24. They missed critical deadlines, their 'automated system', were your print job goes to, is a joke. One file accepted, then an identical one rejected, causing yet more delay. We were then charged additional fees for the delivery, as their system messed up. We were then asked to pay more tax, as they incorrectly calculated when we were first invoiced. Save yourself. Our company has been damaged the missed printing deadlines, as the necessary brochures were not ready in time for what we needed them for.

“I will not use another company for printing!!”

I was hesitant using print24 because I thought that because the prices were so cheap, maybe the quality too will be low quality and the overall service will be bad. But I was willing to risk it just because the prices were too cheap! From start to finish, the whole process was outstanding! They have a 24 hour helpline...they proof your designs free, the prices are very low compared to other places and the final product when delivered was excellent! “You get what you pay for”

Absolutely shocking. - Their artwork upload options didn't work and therefore the quick deadline date changed that I paid extra for. - They took forever to respond to emails - They then sent me the wrong thing (I uploaded 3 x business card names, but they printed 2 x of one name) - When I finally got the order (7 days later) it was substandard in terms of print quality Not much went right really. It's cheap and if you have time to spare then it might be worth going for Print24 but not if you have customers who expect jobs to be met on deadline and to a good standard.

“Great prices, Great Products, Delivery delayed! 3413563”

I was able to place my order quickly & with no messing on the print 24 web site, checkout & payment were easy. After my order I received a number of emails telling my at what stage the order was at. At dispatch I was supplied with a tracking link so I could see where my order was. I ordered x1000 A5 portrait brochures with 12 pages, this was my first order for brochures and I was a little wary when uploading the artwork to make sure I can do it correctly. Print24 has an online chat help service which I find extremely helpful - I spoke to them about uploading the artwork and they talked e through it, they even offered to show me how to combine all my pages in to one PDF. I had a few hiccups with the artwork, Print24 told me there were lines on the artwork that I could not see, I just re-uploaded the artwork and everything seemed to be OK, this set me back a day though, and the delivery was a day late so 2 days late overall! The brochures were great quality and I was very happy with them, I have them printed on 135gsm (to make the delivery a little lighter) with a matt finish, stapled together. I will definitely recommend Print24 for brochure printing but next time il make sure I leave more time in case of mistakes and delays with couriers. Overall, I'm a happy customer and will keep using in the future.

“Used 3 times and not been let down”

We have used Print24 3 times now, and are yet to be let down!!! They offer a wide range of product to pick from and are very help when it comes to questions and queries and have a very fast response rate. The pricing is very competitive and is suits all types of people/ business. Delivery is well tracked and a very speedy service, with constant emails of when you order is in the process of being made to when is has been dispatched. Our order came undamaged and packaged. Print24 are always there to help. We was not sure about the type of paper we wanted, so we contacted Print24 and they were able to send us samples of the paper, which made are decision a lot easier. As well as us wasting money on the wrong paper. Will continue using Print24, as we are very very happy with there service and we would recommend for everyone to use them.

“It is just a COMPLETE waste of space and time!”

I placed a SMALL order with Print24 recently. I chose to use this company simply because they offered me a cheaper production cost, but now I know why – buy cheap, get very cheap! There were two parts of my initial order. I ordered 100 A5 16pp brochures with Print24 and requested the brochures to be delivered to me within 6 days. Three days before the delivery was due, I received an email from Print24 saying they could not meet the deadline, they informed me that the delivery would be 1 day late. I wasn’t happy about the late delivery, but I had no option here as I really needed the brochures, it’s too late for me to find another printer to do the brochures from scratch. So I waited until the brochures delivered to me. But then when I started to prepare the brochures for an event, I noticed the total quantity didn’t seem right to me, so I started to count the brochures one by one (luckily it was only 100 brochures!), then I discovered there were only 87 brochures delivered to me - 13% of my order is missing. I was well p off by then. I took some photos of what I have received here and sent them to Print24 on an email to explain the problem. I told Print24 that I required the brochures for a Gala Dinner Event (which is now done and gone). And because of the late delivery, I had no leeway to come up another plan to fix the problem. I asked them for a full explanation of why I did not receive what I have ordered. Few hours later, Print24 wrote back to me to say, Our Customer Care has looked into your case and has concluded that we can offer you 25% refund of the order as printing credits or a reprint due to the delay and under delivery. Please let us know by the 13.12.2013 how you wish to proceed in regards to our offer. No apology or whatsoever for the cockup, and also no explanation of why they didn’t send me the full order. The refund will be given as print credits, what makes Print24 think I will use them again after they have let me down in such a bad way. I just cannot believe Print24 has the cheek to give me such offer. Anyway, I told Print24 the whole job is not good enough to me, therefore I rejected the whole order and seek for a full refund. I originally needed the brochures for a special event but there is just not enough of brochures for the event, so I am not going to embarrass myself by giving the brochures to some guests, and none to other guests. In my opinion, the brochures just don’t fit for the original purpose anymore. I feel that it is important to mention my awful experience with Print24 here, so whoever wants to use Print24 can be aware of what kind of company they are dealing with. Be warned! Watch out and don’t get caught SHORT of your order! PS: At this very moment, I am still waiting for Print24 to respond my complaint and to give me a full refund.
