I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and on numerous occasions was told that my items had been despatched I am still waiting for them. I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company unless like me you want to pay for something you will never receive

Beware of using this company. They use sneaky tricks. We ordered car stickers, expecting individual car stickers (as we didn't order large sheets of multiple car stickers and can't imagine why anyone would ever need this). Instead we were sent massive sheets with 50 car stickers on them that we then had to spend hours cutting out. They were rolled up so tightly in a postal tube that they became creased and came away from the paper. The quality of the print also made our high resolution image look like it was Teletext. When we called to ask why they'd sent them like this, as this production method was not made clear on their website or order page (where there wasn't even an option to ask for them to be cut out), they pointed us to a question tucked away on their FAQ page and the small print in their Ts&Cs. They might be legally covered, but do you read every line of the Ts&Cs when ordering jobs? We were left feeling cheated and need to spend hours of our time rectifying the issue. Wish we'd seen these poor reviews before using them.

Avoid this company at all costs do not order from them! Rang them emailed them did everything possible to get some communication!! But no they don't reply to anything!! When they finally did they told me they couldn't find my order and had I actually ordered, even though they'd taken my money!!! Asked for a refund, still waiting! Management is apparently getting back to me, but still waiting for them to get in contact!! Have now been told I will receive it in 1-2 days, definitely believe that when I see it!! Complete joke!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered stickers on the 1st of October . By the 3rd of October the proof was sorted. Come the 8th I questioned where my stickers were, I was told the were due to be dispatched that day. By the 14 October when I emIled again to track the stickers I got another email saying the that because of relocation they weren't done. Still waiting for a refund as of 20th October, but bearing in mind the offer 1-2 days delivery I guess I can expect a refund in time for Christmas and no stickers. Pants company and would never recommend a company that's obviosly run from the downstairs toilet in someone's house with no body to answer the phone.

i ordered my banner and paid 69.99. no answer and no response to my emails. . how can i report this, can some one advise. i paid by debit card. how can i re imburse this money.

Beware, refunds take 30 days. I've been waiting now for a while and have the full 30 days to wait according to their admin dept. Not good and in my view, an unacceptable time period to wait for a refund.

I paid for "next day delivery" with one simple amendment and the order is now nearly 2 months outstanding They refused a partial refund as they "started to make changes" - as no amendments were forwarded they were referring to the fact the email was Opened! The proofs came in 6weeks later for the wrong label Then the design team scuffed the amendment on date making the product expired (that was the only change needed by the "design team" it has taken over a week to "print" even though they state on their website "Free express UK delivery Orders over £50 are delivered to you by next day delivery free of charge within the United Kingdom." Did nothing about the time lag, no call and to top it off , their number is on a loop-outgoing calls only!!! 2 months outstanding! very annoyed, asked to speak with manager or ask manager to call. They respond "forward an email, we will pass it on"! Will they tosh!

Terrible quality. Company blamed me for sending RGB at 300 dpi, saying I should have sent cmyk at 600 dpi. At no point did they advise me I needed to do this. Stickers have been returned and they refuse to reprint or refund. Don't use this company. Terrible, rude customer service. Lack of industry knowledge.

no answer on the phones, need help with my order but no sign of activity. 4 voicemail messages left and none of them returned. the impression i'm getting is that they cannot deliver and the information i found when looking into this corroborates that. would be surprised if they can provide a satisfactory service in terms of quality or if they can even deliver any of their claims such as customisable products or delivery times. seem eager to take payment up front despite poor delivery. the only positive reviews i found did not look authentic either - seemed to be uploaded in the same period and read like an advert rather than a sincere review. Upset that i've spent so long trying to use a company because of what their website claims they can deliver. The frustration is definitely not worth it.

Ordered 1 banner and 4 vehicle graphics. The banner was great, but the vehicle graphics where very poor. Scratched surface and dimples in the paper. Rang customer service but couldn't speak to anyone who could help on the phone. Sent an email which did get a reply but when I asked a follow up question I have heard nothing since. Will not use the company again.

I would not reccommend this service, as their customer communication is very poor. My order was misprinted, so I attempted to request a refund. When I did manage to get in contact, the representative was frankly very rude. The issue was not resolved to my satisfaction, and their treatment was insulting.

4 weeks & order not fulfilled. Emails & Calls unanswered. Message on phone stating Voicemail full. No responses. Doesn't look good. Thankfully paid by credit card so will get reimbursement through bank. Don't use this company.

Artwork has been sent through but can't seem to get through to anyway at Discount Banner Printing to confirm that everything is alright. I've tried phoning all day today and all i get is an answer phone. Very strange... They might have gone under..

I ordered a banner using discountbannerprinting.. Unfortunately, the quality of the banner was not acceptable ( it has wrong sizes and defects). So I wanted my order to be refund. I emailed them on the next day after delivery, she immediately rejected my request and groundlessly blamed me saying that I had used the banner. After few other emails I could not continue to talk to her as she ignored some of my questions and was too informal and non-professional. I sent email to her manager and I am am just ignored now.

Anyone looking for great PVC banners should head to Discount Banners! I ordered a PVC banner for my dads retirement party and the quality was superb! The banner was delivered very quickly. The customer service team were very friendly and made sure my banner got to me in time for my dads retirement do. Great service and price, would recommend to anyone looking for PVC banners.
