“No delivery and no response...”

I ordered some business cards and received a prompt email to acknowledge this. It stated that Critterprint would be in touch very soon. That was three weeks ago. I have emailed four times recently to ask for information about my order. Have had no response at all. Never a good sign, and doesn't bring confidence in the company. Perhaps they are simply busy and don't have time to reply. Perhaps my order will arrive soon. I really hope so but am so far disappointed in the service provided. Can't comment on the quality of work as I've had nothing back even though I've paid for a supply of business cards. Not happy.
I would have like to know that I would receive anything in return for my money before placing an order with this company.

I would like to add to this review by saying that my order has now, finally, arrived.
I could not get any response from the company during the wait for my business cards. I assumed that I would not receive the order, so went to another company for this. However, out of the blue, my business cards arrived today. They look very good and I'm happy with them. What a shame the service from CritterPrint is not as good as the work they produce.
