Avoid 1Click print at all costs! Ignorant! Incapable! Poor!

This really is an awfull company with no idea on customer service! I bought this deal from KGB back in August/September for a 36x24" canvas. Great I thought as all us kids were having a family photo for a surprise christmas present for my mum and dad, so back in November I tried to upload the picture to 1Clicks website and it wouldn't work, I then had to contact someone called Nathan who kindly said he would sort it for me, all I had to do was pay £10 for courier! 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for delivery and contacted the company, they sent me the wrong size canvas 16x22" I think, this was 1 week before Xmas! I again contacted the company and Nathan tried to argue with me about the canvas size then blamed KGB for giving them the wrong information??? I tried calling to sort this out and it seemed every time I called they would answer and hang up the phone like children, when I finally got through on a different number I was once again promised the correct size canvas before the 24th December, I was not surprised when it didn't turn up but I was very upset that I had not received something that I had paid for months ago! It's now the 2nd Jan 2013 and I still have no canvas, I called the company again today and when they realised it was me they hung up! I then called back from a private number and spoke to Nathan again who put me on hold and left me for well over 5 minutes before I hung up! I have emailed them but am doubtful I Will hear back from them of their own accord?
