I have never been more disgusted with the lack of service. I was promised calls back several times within weeks of waiting. The larger aquariums are never in stock when the website states clearly that they are. I have to email them every time to find out that the tank I ordered is no longer being made. I chose another tank which they suggested and assured me it was in stock. 2 weeks later I called and was hung up on 4 times and emailed about 5 times. Finally I got through without someone cutting my calls and surprise surprise I was told again that it wasn't in stock and they have ordered it from the supplier which would take another week. A simple email to tell me this would have been nice. 1 week later, I rang them to be told that the supplier has stopped making it. I canceled the order and got my money back (which took another week and a half). I have been in touch with watchdog who have shown interest in my case and will be helping me to name and shame seapets!!

I couldn't agree more with this review (especially the title), except I would not award them any stars for customer service because it simply does not exist. Our horrendous experience stretched from July 2012 until October 2012 when we eventually got our money back through the help of Trading Standards and our credit card company. The tank we ordered was delivered on a pallet and I signed for it 'unchecked' as my husband was at work. On opening it we found it was smashed (with the heavy stones stored within the glass). Basically Seapets tried to blame us for damaging it and said they would not be replacing it unless we paid for another tank.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
