Took my 14 week puppy for its first ever groom at a cost of £24 for a puppy groom, face, rear, nails and feet. Not worth it really as she didn't look much different.

When I asked about it a very unhelpful and abrupt member of staff said "yeah you paid for a puppy groom not a full groom that's why"! All she did was moan that my puppy did nothing but wee for no reason. She obviously needs some lessons in puppy and dog behaviour!

Can't say I blame the dog really with all the noise the other dogs were making and the fact that she was dragged off into the back of the shop she was probably scared stiff. Won't be taking her there again as I don't trust the staff with my dog.

I have just had a similar experience in the Bracknell branch. My little 12 week old Bichon Frise went for his first groom. The 'girls' there took him in hardly saying a word to me or our puppy. When I returned to collect him, there was a dog in his cage shaking so badly, he needed a cuddle. Another dog was having his coat cut, and he was also shaking, again needing a cuddle. My little pup who is normally so full of beans has been quiet since picking him up, he's not eaten and won't leave my side. Won't be going there again.
