I have ordered a few times from petsupermarket.co.uk as I get bombarded with emails offering discounts and with so many animals I have to take advantage of these.

Unfortunatley, their delivery times are terrible, as is their customer service.
Payments taken and order not even sent out for 2 weeks on average even when I paid for express delivery. Customer service says it doesn't matter that you pay extra!

This is the last time I use them - ordered last week again and not informed for over 1 week that the payment didn't work and they were cancelling my order!
I have saved payment details on their site and had received confirmation that the order was processed last week so clearly an error on their part yet they care so little for their customers instead of calling to fix this they cancel the order!

Clearly do not care for their customers so will go elsewhere from now on!

Same thing happened to me I will not be ordering every again 7 days of ordering still waiting disgraceful
