I ordered a pet cage for new puppy and paid for express delivery. It didn't arrive. Rang up to be told I'd ordered too late (Thursday) for express delivery and it would arrive on Monday!!! I asked if I could cancel as I had new puppy and needed the item adapted. Was told as I'd paid with pay pal this was not possible. Had a very difficult weekend with puppy. Monday came and no delivery. Rang up again to be told the order had been cancelled!!!! Unfortunately no one had told me and it was now Monday evening. Very poor customer service and I will never buy anything else from them again. Plus they still have my money!!!
