I have dealt with this company several times now and each time communication regarding my order is great. They regularly email you to keep you up to date, and there special offers on the brand of dog food I buy are very good, often the cheapest around. I have never had any negative experiences with this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Just wish all pet supply companies would offer such fantastic customer service!

You clearly have an issue with this company and that is fair enough, after all everyone has their right to review their experience using this website. However, I do object to you implying that my own personal review is suspicious! I have used this company many times and have never had any problems, you clearly have had issues and I would strongly suggest that instead of slating my review you channel your energy into something more productive!
