It Started with the majority of my order being out of stock which was acceptable as it was clealry stated that they were out of stock. This became unacceptable when Petplanet refused to dispatch my order as they werre waiting on a free item coming into stock. I had to phone and cancel the free item before they would dispatch the order. The order then partially arrived after Petplanet telling me for 10 days that they cannot send partial orders. The remaining part of my order has never materialised and I am still waiting on a signigicant refund 2 weeks later. It is the worst internet shopping experience I have had.
