I am so pleased that I read this before ordering more cat litter. I have had no problem last year, however, my last order of £56 for 5 x Large Cat litter was in September 2012. AND I RECEIVED IT. I have been trying since last September to get a reply from this so called company, at great cost , never yet managed to speak to anything other than a MACHINE. I bought 5 items 4 are faulty, not suitable for thier p urpose...WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE. Judging from other comments nowhere..Miss a. CREWE

I have been waiting for this order since the 13th November. I emailed three times and their responses were they were awaiting items to be in stock. Today is the 20th December i now cannot get hold of them either by email or telephone as they do not seem to exist.

“Cancelled order”

I placed an order only to find that they were going to charge extra for weight. They took my money straight away. I cancelled the order because of the extra on 6 Dec. I have sent emails and called every day. There is no communication from them whatsoever I am getting upset about it as I need the money for my Christmas. I don't live far away from them so the only other option is to go there personally. I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Dont use”

I orderered a product from one click pets at the end of October 2012 which was in stock and the money was taken. Nothing arrived. They say its out of stock and will follow. Its now jan 7th 2013. I dont hold any great hopes. Bang goes my 16.00

“appalling customer service”

At the beginning of november I ordered a coat for my dog. When it arrived it waas too small. I contacted one click pets and returned the coat asking for one 2" larger. I was assured this would be sent. After 2-3 weeksd I still had not received the coat. I wass told it was out of sto0ck but would be with me within a matter of days. Beginning of Jan and STILL NO COAT. Unable to contact One click pets by phone or e mail. I have complained to Amazon - still npothing. Next stop Office of fair trading and will NEVER order anything from them again.Anna Chataway

“Don't use this company”

I ordered a bird cage from them on 1 December. Money taken immediately from credit card. Item show as ready for dispatch but not picked when I looked into my account!! Chased them by e-mail 19 December but no reply looked on line today 21 December and the web site has been removed!!! I think I have lost my money

Having not received my goods paid for and ordered in October, after several emails giving me no info I finally called on the business in person as we live locally. All shut up and was told by a neighbouring tradesmen that they had sacked all their staff the previous Friday (7th December) and the business ran 15 different companies from the same site. So I suppose there will be many disappointed customers.

“Trying to get a refund for non-shipped items?”

Looks like this website has finally been taken off-line. Like many others on this forum, I ordered >£35 of items on 7th December and the order still shows "Pending". Money was taken from my credit card immediately. I phoned my credit card company and explained to them what had happened. They will provide a full refund to me and then they try to get their money back from oneclickpets... One thing they did request was that I email oneclickpets and ask for the order to be cancelled, which I did. Still got no reply. Anyone who used a credit card to pay should be covered. Call your credit card provider (company that you pay each month). I don't think the same protection exists if you paid with debit are or cheque. But I am no expert - you shod check. The above does not constitute financial advice - I am just trying to help others caught up in the same predicament as myself :-) Good luck!

I have been through the same experience. Placed order on 1 December, money taken immediately, order went into the 'picking queue' on 3 December and nothing has happened since then. I rang the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline yesterday 08454 04 05 06 (4p per minute) and was told that I have to give them 30 days to either send my goods or refund the money. If anybody has been waiting more than 30 days, please consider getting in touch with the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline so we can get some action taken to protect other people if this company is trading fraudulently or while insolvent.

Have been trying to place an order with this company sice Wednesday 12 December. The online ordering page would not proceed to Checkout (blank page only), Spend over 1hour on hold on the 0844..... number over three occcasions. My e-mails totally ignored despite a 12hour reply promise.And the 01223... phone number is never answered. What else can I do?

I second last review, I have placed the order over two weeks ago, items not dipatched and unable to get in touch with the company via phone (line is either perm engaged or ringing without answer) nor have I received a reply to my emails last 10 days. A this stage I just want to be refunded my money. The case for Watchdog to investigate without any doubt! This is beyond terrible, I cannot emphasise this enough, do stay well away from onceclickpets.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order and the status of my order on-line is: Awaiting picking.......It has been awaiting picking for 10 days up to now! I have emailed 3 times with no reply and am currently holding the line at 36 mins (sorry for the delay all the operators are currently busy please hold the line and we will answer your call as soon as possible) Disgusting and absolutely no customer service, avoid this company.

Luckily I paid for my order using paypal and have raised a dispute in their resolution centre- if oneclick pets do not respond or send my goods then paypal refund my money. (they are allowed 10 days to respond)

“One Click Rubbish !”

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Oneclickpets are absolutely the worst company I have ever had dealings with. I ordered 500ml bottles of Caniglo. Firstly they sent me 2000ml bottles which I returned. When I emailed them, they told me the price quoted was wrong due was a linking error with Amazon (err...not my problem guys!) which was the reason they sent the smaller bottles. After a discussion with the sales manager, reluctantly he agreed to send me 500ml bottles for the price I had originally paid.....then they sent the 200ml bottles again! Exhasperated, I returned them, again. Then I waited almost 2 months (having emailed them about 20+ times), and each reply said they were still awaiting supplies. 2 months later, they agreed to a refund. I then went onto VetUK, ordered my goods on the Monday and they were delivered on Thursday. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE "ONE CLICK USELESS" Had I investigated other review sites I have since looked at - before I ordered from OneClick, I would never have bothered with them in the first place. I'm surprised they stay in business.

I ordered a medication for my dog on 1 November as yet it has not arrived and I don't expect it will! I have emailed them 3 times so far and also spent 10 minutes or more hanging on a premium rate line for no answer. I assume at this point I have lost my money, fortunately it was only £10 or so but it is fraud nevertheless. I cannot rate this company with any stars, though I have to as it comes up with a missing field. Please anybody I reiterate what other reviewers have said............... Really wished I'd read the reviews of this company before purchasing something from them. Customer service is terrible. I returned an item as it was the wrong size. I have not had any refund after several weeks. I have tried contacting them for the authorisation code before returning the item and had no reply on the phone or by email. Again, I have tried to contact them several times to find out where my refund is and have had no answer. rubbish, rubbish, rubbish!
