I ordered two items on the sunday night with the counter saying 14 hours for dispatch on the monday, when I had not recieved it by the tuesday I sent an email which in all fairness was replied to very quickly as we where going away on the thursday so items where needed rather quickly.did,nt arrive till friday .might as well go to pets at home least you have the item there and then ,on price ok, replies to emails, quickly, delivery, needs to be quicker
