Brought hammocks off this company which came discoloured unlike the displayed! Contacted customer care who sent me round in circled for 2 days! Then offered 10% off my next purchase, NOT acceptable for faulty products! Will take your money but send you botched items. AVOID

Delivery is quick and products are as described. I experienced a fault with part of my animal cage a few months after purchasing and they sent me a replacement within a day, free of charge, despite their website stating no warranties. I am very grateful for their super customer service and I am surprised to see previous bad reviews

“Rat cage not suitable for rats”

I read the description and all of the reviews and decided the Blenheim rat cage was the perfect cage for my son's male rats, all over 6 months as his birthday present.The description said not suitable for female rats, and one review said not suitable for rats under 4 months. As soon as we introduced them to their home, two of them escaped with ease. The product is useless. In spite of me explaining to the company that I had read the description an all of the reviews, I was told that "details had been provided", "every animal is different" and "due diligence" is my responsibility. I'm don't know what more I could have done to check the suitability. A paltry discount off my next purchase was offered. There will not be a next purchase. My son was gutted and tried desperately not to let it ruin his birthday. I have a white elephant that cost me nearly £100. And it's described as a rat cage! So angry. So disappointed. Wish I could give zero stars.

“Terrible! ”

Bought a large rat cage, it arrived damaged, all bent on one side preventing it being put together. I emailed little pet warehouse and sent them clear photos of the damaged metal. I had an email from them today stating that they (little pet warehouse) would arrange a collection and refund. No asking if that was agreeable and no mention of a replacement! I want what I ordered and paid nearly £100 for! So I’ll be taking it to my local iron mongers to see if they can bend back into place the damaged side for me. I’ll never use little pet warehouse again and obviously I do not recommend them to others! I wish I’d looked at reviews before buying from them as they seem to be awful to most of their customers!

“Zero customer service”

Hamster cage arrived damaged. Emailed twice, with photo, no reply. Phoned continually for two days between the 9-12 time slot advertised, nobody ever answered phone or replied to any of my messages left. Then got email from dpd stating a delivery was coming, had to assume it was replacement as nobody contacted me at all. Luckily replacement was good. No problem with merchandise but they have zero customer service and really shouldn’t treat customers with such disrespect. Save yourself the stress and order from a better company, I will never use again!

After reading the negative comments and the very few positive ones,I decided to give little pet warehouse a try. This was mostly due to their fantastic price on the rat play tunnels (which saved me a small fortune!)I placed my order on Friday and received it on Monday. Nothing was missing,damaged or broken. I would personally shop with Little pet warehouse again as I found the service brilliant.

“Pathetic company, customer service is insultingly bad”

I bought a cage for my rats which was under the cages for rats category. Was completely not suitable for rats, the space between bars was far too wide and my rats escaped after 1 day. I put through a request for a refund, emailed a number of times and tried ringing during the specified time.. I never got through to anyone and no one ever replied to any of my emails. I am now £50 out of pocket and have a cage I can't use. I'm insulted and disgusted that they don't even have the decency to give me a response, I have only ever been polite while contacting them. Do not support this pathetic company, don't waste your time and money.

Ordered a 100cm rabbit cage as much cheaper than the ferplast equivalent, arrived next day and I got a txt message update beforehand to let me know when the courier (DPD) was due to arrive. Cage seems good quality and included a hayrack which I wasnt expecting.

“Customer service non existent ”

We ordered several items the largest of which was a cage. This arrived very badly packaged with holes in the box where the plastic ties had cut through it. On opening it was dented and warped. I tried contacting via email, contact form on website and leaving multiple phone messages but no one got back to me over 5 days. I then contacted via PayPal to ask for a refund and it was refunded that day but not contact from seller directly. Delivery is quick, the problems with this company lie with the packaging and the customer service afterwards.

“Appalling!!!!”

Rabbit ang guinea pig triple cage This product is not as described! I have tried to contact this company several times and have not yet heard from them. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR YOUR RABBIT! I received this product in good time however the box was battered from the courier. I opened it and spent about an hour putting it together (no instructions) Once it was finally made, I then put my mini lop in there for her to explore. She could not get up and down the ramps because they move and slide about and there was no way she could get down the ramps. When she eventually made it up to the second level (with my help of holding the ramp) she scraped all her back on the plastic at the top of the ramp because the angle and hole is too small for her. The ladder then fell on her head! The poor thing was so shaken up and is now having to live in her original cage. My rabbit is not a big one and this product is advertised as a suitable for rabbits which it is not!! I have been waiting nearly a week for a reply and still nothing as I wish to return this item. DO NOT BUY FOR RABBITS

we ordered a rat cage for our son for Christmas. On opening on Christmas Day it was damaged. I've contacted Littlepetware by email regularly since 27th December -now not replying to emails and pets arriving imminently. going to have to purchase a different cage from another company. DON'T waste your money with this company - no -contact phone number just un-replied to emails.

“AVOID THIS COMPANY!”

I ordered the Aventura All Metal Cage, the Little Friends Wooden House with Bridge and an All Metal Large 28cm Chinchilla, Degu and Rat Exercise Wheel from this company. I was informed I would get a free gift, which was nice. The order arrived a few days later, the first thing I noticed was the wooden hide was broken, the wheel was misshapen and the free gift was a cheaper alternative to what I had been promised. I emailed the company asking how I return the wooden house and my email was ignored. The next day I emailed again and was ignored again. There is no phone number for this place either. I unpacked the cage and discovered it had no instructions so I had to work it out (took 3 hours). When I put the wheel in the cage I noticed lots of tiny sharp pieces of metal which would no doubt have caused injuries to tiny feet. I sheared those off with a file and put it in the cage, added two degu's and watched while they caught themselves constantly in between the metal bars of the wheels. An hour later I decided enough was enough and removed the wheel before one or both of them had broken legs, backs or tails. The company clearly don't give a damn about their customers or their customers pets. Once you have handed over your money that's it as far as they are concerned. I can't emphasis enough how bad this company is.

“Poor packaging”

They clain to use recylable packaging and not pack your item in unncessary plastic and other materials, the end result is products shoved into a box with no protection whatsoever. Received a cage with serious damage to it that I can't believe happened in transit judging by how badly bent the metal is. No phone number to directly contact them with. Ridiculous.

We received a grey and maroon cage after ordering a blue and white one. On querying Little Pet Warehouse advised a return cost of £25, citing small print, not on the product page, but deep within the small print terms and conditions page hidden from view within a tiny link in the footer. We ordered from another company who made clear what colour were available and which option you were buying. £25 return on a £49 item that was not what we ordered. Disgrace.

i had been looking for a large indoor cage for my rabbit recently after my old one cracked. I was pretty horrified by the prices online (ferplast 100cm cages at £80 on amazon - what is that about?). I found the little pet warehouse and ordered a big 150cm cage. It arrived next day along with the treat dispensing ball I ordered. It was well packed and the courier was good and took it to where I wanted it. I will be shopping here again for cages as I need another one soon and want them to match.
