According to their system product was delivered. Photo provided by courier was out on the street with clear instructions not followed by their courier company and discount pet care are refusing to assist.

Well, I have been ordering from this company for 6 years, with no problems at all, even with delivery to Spain. I use a UK debit card and they charge 2.99 for delivery. Even once when I mistakenly ordered the wrong product, I returned it and they sent the correct product without charging more. The emails stopped a few months ago so I looked at the website and was horrified by what I read. But both my cats are healthy and have no fleas or ear mites. Now today I have received a new email offering 12% discount, but am wondering whether I should use it. I normally buy every 6 months, so am due to buy in March. I'd be glad of anybody's opinions please. Yes, the invoice is different, presumably for customs reasons.

I have been purchasing flea treatment advocate, and wormer pro fender for my two cats, both work there has been no problems whatsoever, when I used the flea treatment it had the same smell as the one I used to purchase from the vet at 3 times the cost, why are the vets overcharging for these treatments. There is nothing wrong in ordering from discount pet are the products are genuine, and besides we don't know where the vets purchase their.prOducts from.

I must say I have been ordering from this company for sometime as advocate and milbemax are a lot cheaper than buying from our vets. I have never had any problems and our dogs go for check ups and our vets have always commented they are flea and worm free which is good. My only grumble would be the time it takes to arrive but other than that all good.

I've been buying Rimadyl regularly for a couple of years from this website without prescription, although I used to buy it from my vet. It comes from Singapore within a week of ordering; it comes in the trademark packaging. I usually buy two months' supply at a time. Never had any problem. I've also bought Advocate and drontal. The only thing I've noticed in the last couple of shipments is that the "invoice" enclosed with the goods is that it shows a much lower amount than I actually paid. But the company has never taken more money from me than I expected. My dog is nearly 12 and has had Rimadyl for four or five years and after a couple of years had liver tests with my vet which were normal, so we continued with the Rimadyl. However, it costs me £25 to walk through the door at my vets or any vets for that matter, so the opportunity came via a recommendation to buy from Discount Pet Care on line. I only discovered all this furore when I tried to log on to their website to place another order, and the website seems to have disappeared.

After two trips to the vet after flea infestations on my three cats, having used advocate and others to no avail, a friend recommended stronghold. As my vets don't stock and in desperation I ordered on Christmas day and two weeks later the stuff arrived from Singapore. It worked like a dream and now I have three very happy cats. This was a quarter of the price my friend paid and I will order again. It seems I was lucky as having read the reviews I have the only good one. All I can say is the vets charged me about £50 altogether for the flea ointments that did not work, but this cost me £11.33 including delivery for 6 pipetts. I have a lot of friends who have discovered that recently the usual flea remedies have not worked and have had to try new things.

The first time I ordered advocate from discount petcare there were no problems with them the goods arrived and all was ok. I recently ordered the same items, after placing the order I was sent an email requesting card authorization. This was a form to download that you had to put your card on and I.D. and signature then email it back to them. This must be totally wrong and emailed them back refusing to do it. I have checked my account and they have taken the money from the account have sent them another email requesting the goods or a full refund will wait and see what happens

I was stupid and only realised I was obviously duped after I saw a hong kong company had debitted my credit card. Stuff cannot be genuine and the invoice is fake too with two different prices. So obvious to see that after the fact.....they never asked for a prescription - I blame the greedy overcharging vets for forcing us all to these places.

What is the risk of using stuff? Who knows, I won't be the one to find out. Ordered from the UK and arrived from singapore. Company ignores e-mails. Will be contacting credit card company and hope for a refund.

I purchased Frontline pippettes for my cats and dog for which the invoice was £13.89. My credit card bill stated £44.18. I did receive the goods which seem to be OK. I have tried to find a phone number or an address to contact them but without success. I have now sent them an e mail but after reading previous reviews, I do not expect a reply. I will not be using them again and I suggest to others that they do the same.
