First order, was incorrectly delivered. I have tried for over three weeks to have the item collected and refunded.
I was advised to re-order my item, which I due did, over two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for its delivery after cancelled delivery (from supplier)
You can speak to anyone as call time are over an hour, an insult when you want an issue resolved.
3 members of staff have been in contact to attempt to resolve and at the final hurdle, there is radio silence.
Avoid and source your goods else where
