Some item save lot more money. Good value. Delivery is on time , bigger choice and I am happy with ark.

Ordered a Roma 125 on Sunday in store in my house on Friday five days cant complain about that. Very good service by all.

Ordered a Roma LED 125L Aquarium and am very happy. It doesn't take a genuis to work out if you buy at a dirt cheap price you are going to have to wait a little (in my case 2 weeks) to have it delivered when they are in your area.The website isn't great as you don't get updated upon despatch, but I guess these systems cost money. The delivery guy was great, called before hand, unpacked and checked the aquarium in a room of our choice. You can't expect this company to have dozens of people answering the phone, but they answered all emails promptly. My LEDs failed within weeks due to a manufacturing fault and they are dealing with this well too, deciding within half an hour of my package being received that they would replace them.

These days with the focus on cheap products delivered yesterday and once firms have your money you're at the back of their thoughts, it is nice to see a firm that has a good customer service attitude. ArkPets are quick to respond to all queries, and let me cancel my order with no problem. The refund took a while but it was in my bank when they said it would be. Personally I prize customer service above all else these days and ArkPets exceeds at it. Thank you.

fantastic prices on quality products

Bought a tank canopy online on the 13th and received an email on the 15th 'Many apologies but this product has now been discontinued, your order has therefore been cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your card.' Now the 22nd and no sign of the money in my account. Think it is disgraceful that sold me something that was out of stock, took my money and still have not refunded my card over 7 days later..

Have used them for several years and were good. Placed an order over a week ago and phoned and emailed with no response. Spoke to a third party today who advised they were moving! This should have no impact on service as not the customers problem! Couldn't even speak to a member of arkpets team.

Stay away from this place, their communication is non existent. You ring & ring & ring nobody picks the phone up. Staff don't know what is going on, nobody knows anything. Ordered an aquarium, no email confirmation of order, no delivery date. Numerous calls (up to 10 a day to them!) no joy. When you eventually do speak to someone they dont seem to care!

Absolute disgrace this company and I really don't know how they are trading. Take your money, don't have the goods they are selling on their website, cannot get hold of any one on the phone to speak too and eventually got through via email. Wanted a refund and this takes ages to come through as well. Will never use them again. You have been warned.

I have used Ark Pets Online a few times and I am very impressed with their service. I ordered the above product on 28 March and have just received it, 30 March. Notification of my order and delivery were sent by E-mail very quickly so would recommend them. Thank You, Ark Pets Online.

Excellent value for money, included cabinet in price and came with heater, LED lighting and pump. Goods were delivered promptly and in good condition, very happy with product and would buy from them again. The ony negative was that there was a slight delay with delivery which couldn't have been avoided, which we tried to resolve via the phone numbers we were given but no one answered the phone. All was sorted via driver and delivery was completed

Ordered goods from website, e-mail reply stating goods out of stock, will advise when in stock, payment taken immediately. 1 week later no e-mail so order cancelled, chased refund of goods to be told refunds usually processed within 14 days, 16 days later still waiting for refund. Won't even consider using again.

Despite the mixed reviews, I used this company for a 240l aquarium due to their 'free personal delivery service' - the only company that offers this, as far a I could find. It took a little longer than I had expected to get a delivery date and I had to chase them up for this. However, once arranged, the personal delivery service worked perfectly: the delivery driver was courteous and extremely helpful in getting my aquarium exactly where I wanted it and helping to unpack it sufficiently to inspect the condition. So, if service is more important to you than speed, i would recommend this company for large aquariums.

I ordered a large tank at a really cheap price. Which is awesome! However, the delivery was a bit confusing, there was no date given on how long it would be. I got a text at 6 in the morning saying it would be delivered later that day, luckily I was not at work. (this only took a week) I was also charged a surcharge for my postcode which I did not realise untill they arrived so delivery may not be free so read the smallprint. However! The delivery men were lovley and I did get a really good deal on a aquarium. So amazing! If you make sure you read all the small print (found on 2 pages)

Purchased an Item which was the wrong size, returned it and bought another only to find they deducted carriage from the refund. This is an illegal practice. They did refund me under duress but their communication was both rude, factually incorrect and ignorant. Best avoided.
