An order I place a month ago arrived with a £20 filter missing and another item was said to follow.
Two weeks later I said I want a refund as the items that the website says are in stock, aren't in stock still. Refund was agreed, after many times over a couple of days to get through as the line is constantly engaged. Oh, and emails are just ignored.
Another 2 weeks later still no refund in my account, contacted them again, now I'm told I will have to wait upto 28 days for my refund to be processed!
And this is for items that I never received, they lied, saying they were instock when the were not. I gave them 2 weeks, and now I am going to have to wait 28days for a refund.
I have been a good customer over many many years, both at their stores in Gillingham and Maidstone and online, and with this loyalty this is how your treated.
As I still have no refund for the 3 items I have contacted trading standards.
