This company is an absolute joke - scandalous exchange rates and horrific charges on receiving money in other currencies from abroad. Be very careful if you attempt to do anything other than use it for very simple buying/selling on eBay. Impossible to get any response from them and impossible to actually speak to someone at the company.

Furious that this is 2018 and still consumers are having to put up with this form of monopolised rubbish. They've got you over a barrel if you use eBay and they are taking the absolute mick out of anyone involved in international trading.

Paypal are your typical "disruptive internet phenomena."
Their approach to business culture is entitled and are quite happy to set themselves up as being above the law and unaccountable.
