Initial sight test free and good with pleasant optician. Downhill from there. Fitting not good. Pupil distances not measured right. Chipped frame. Scuffed lense. Decided to call it a day after the poor service involved with ordering a third replacement pair and got refund instead. Didn't have any faith they would sort things out properly. Dealt with several members of staff throughout, very poor customer service and lack of manners seems to be the culture. Never had an apology of any kind until I pointed out the fact so it meant nothing. Will not be going back or recommending. Will tell other glasses wearers to avoid.
