Abysmal Service

I purchased glasses from this store and they weren't fitted properly and had to be returned after a couple of weeks as they fell off my face. The assistant didn't even bother to check how much to tighten them, she simply took them away and brought them back so tight I could hardly wear them. I walked round the store for a while giving them a chance to give but after half an hour took them back only to face abuse from this assistant. I asked for her managers name and returned the next day to complain to her about the lack of service and the conduct of her staff member but she too gave verbal abuse. The staff at this optician within the Tesco store are so rude, unhelpful and lack any customer service whatsoever. Once they have your money for the glasses they are not at all interested in follow up customer service should any problem arise with the glasses. Take my advice never use this opticians, they are the worst one I have ever been to in my life and it will be the first and last time I ever use them again.
