The only good thing I can say about Specsavers is the actual appointment. Beyond that they are badly run and managed. Ordering replacement contacts is an ordeal as it requires return phone calls, credit card details and then, if you're lucky, you might get the lenses. Too many times this does not happen. in addition on two occasions they have refused me new lenses because they have no record of my eyesight test. I admit this has been completed elsewhere but I have always submitted a copy for their records, which they then lose. As a result a completely easy repeat order causes significant grief. On top of that they require payment up front. Give me strength, I need the lenses to see so I'm hardly in a position to go elsewhere to buy them...
Overall they might look a slick operation but underneath oh dear....
