My husband has home visits from specsavers because he is unable to get to the shop on is own, this was arranged by me.
When I asked for the same arrangement for myself I was told if I could get from the car park to the shop I would not be entitled to a home visit.
I care for my husband 24/7 , I am disabled but because I have to make my self do things for him despite my own pain and illness and "I could walk round Marks and Spencer", quote from when I rang for a home visit I do not qualify.

I would never go to this company for myself I will HAVE to keep my husbands eyes checked and if I cannot find another firm to do this will have to tolerate this firm coming to him.

So much for customer service.
