I had an eye test at Specsavers so I could purchase some glasses. I was told that there was something badly wrong with my eyes and that I need to get to an eye hospital urgently. Worried sick I got my son to take me to the local eye hospital. I was tested by the hospital eye doctor who told me there was nothing wrong with my eyes. I went back to Specsavers and told the manager what had happened. He said he'd sacked the optician who tested my eyes because she was giving wrong diagnosis to customers. As a god will gesture he said I could have a spare pair of glasses which would be the same lenses that are in my original purchased glasses. I eventually got them but trusted the manager when he said there's no need to try them on because they are the same as what you've got. I didn't use them until my other glasses broke. I put them on and everything was a blur They'd given me distance glasses instead of reading glasses. They refused to change them because they were out of guarantee. Maybe they were but how did they get the lenses so wrong when they were copying my original glasses. My wife had a pair of glasses from them and they put different lenses in each eye hole. I found them rude with a couldn't careless attitude. Needless to say they have lost two customers
