The Guy in charge never answer phone calls . Does a very poor job, I sent my glasses for repair and they broke in the same place within 2 weeks.
I told them they offered 12 month guarantee in their website so they said they will repair it . I have been waiting for nearly 2 months and no sign of my glasses after I paid £60.00 plus 2 deliveries one to get it to them and to resend it . I lost 200.00 my Gucci glasses have disappeared.
Terrible customer service .
I do not recommend this to anyone!

Hi I'm sorry that you could not get threw on the phone around that particular date as there was a answer machine message stating we were on holiday for 2 weeks also very surprised that your repair cost £60.00 as we usually charge no more than £25.00 please phone us to resolve this situation and refund you if we are at fault kind regards

I'm sorry to hear this regarding a repair we have supposedly undertaken and thay have broken again on your glasses but firstly we never usually charge £60 unless we fit new lenses we normally charge between £15 to £25 for repairs if the matter is not solved please call us, we can organise a refund or investigate the matter further as we always send repairs by signed for Royal Mail regards
