Pret A Voir made buying new glasses a great experience. They were fast at replying to email, great telephony service and their web chat service was the icing on the cake. First time using an online service for glasses and a recently new prescription. I was a bit apprehensive in case something went wrong. I'm sure glad I took the chance. My new specs are awesome prescription is perfect. The only thing I'd add is a little note with your glasses. I didn't know you are ton wait till next day to put new prescription on. (Common sense I know ) but I didn't realise till checking the web. Would be a nice wee courtesy note to add in. Still 5\5 stars for me. I'll go no where else to buy my frames from now on. As far as I'm concerned the shops haven't got a look in. They're only there now for me to try on glasses.
