I was slightly concerned about buying my prescription glasses online for the first time and carried out quite a bit of research first. Pretovior seemed to have the best reviews, so I opted to go with them.

I ordered Oakley Bucket glasses after trying them on in 20-20 Opticians. They wanted around £200 for the frames, but pretovior were selling them for £100. The lenses were also far cheaper.

The order process was very straightforward, and my mind was put at ease when I received a response within 24 hrs. Although they did not have the size I initially wanted (I had to go with 53mm as opposed to 51mm), after changing my order, I was advised I would have my glasses within 1 week.

8 days passed and I was slightly concerned, however my glasses were delviered that morning, well packaged and the same as the pair I had tried on in 20-20.

Excellent customer service and very prompt delivery.
