I have had terrible experience with Optical Express Aberdeen. The eye tests given to me were not accurate and the staff refused to listen to my problems. They wasted a lot of my time by repeatedly giving me appointments to see the Optician who, for reasons best known to himself, refused to see me each time. During my last visit the staff was very rude to me and their callous attitude made me breakdown in tears. I was suffering severe eye pain and staff was very unsympathetic and unhelpful. I was forced to go to Specsavers who found out that the prescription given to me was indeed wrong and they ran tests again and gave me correct prescription. I would not recommend Optical Express to any one due to their unprofessional and negligent attitude. The wrong prescription caused me much discomfort and pain. I was entitled to receive proper tests as they were paid for by the NHS. This kind of treatment to the patients would legally be professional misconduct and negligence. I hope no other patient has to go through the same mistreatment
