“call centre staff need more training”

I had an eye test booked on the 15/8/14. It was booked by phone. I was told it would be free by two members of staff. As I was making my way there, I had a phone call to say that there was a mistake and that I would be charged £20.00 and to add insult to injury I had just put £1.50 in the parking machine. A very poor service.
