Not happy with the response from the reception who was more interested in talking about which option I was going to do bearing in mind I was about to go for a free trial for contact lenses then the problem I was explaining regarding the lenses. So I cancelled. Contact lenses are to expense with the £80 you have to pay before you order anything. This is for the opticians screening etc which is free at other opticians.
The actual optician I saw was very good so no complaints about her just the after care etc.
