I’ve used JP Opticians to re-lens multiple pairs of my VDU, varifocal and sunglasses over the past 4 years. Always very happy with the service. JP are affordable as well as being very high quality. The re-lending process is easy to understand, just follow the instructions on their website then upload your prescription. You’ll need to provide some selfies of you in the glasses so they can ensure the correct fit. I’d highly recommend posting your glasses to JP Opticians if you need them re-lensing! I wouldn’t look elsewhere!

I ordered glasses that took to long to get to me and I was told that I could return with no hassle- it cost me more to send them back which was $134 than it cost to buy them- I'm very upset and if I would have known this I would have never done business with your company. Never buy another item out of the country again and especially not from this website- I give you a big fat ZERO

When my glasses arrived, they were perfect and I was delighted with the service, product and communication. Terrible customer service because I have had to return a couple of frames for faults/scratches on lenses and cancelled my last order because after two weeks they still had not got the frame in stock I received an email saying "I have refunded your account, I am afraid as you have a couple of refunds we will not be able to fulfill anymore orders for you." I had to send multiple emails to get this response.

It was my first time ordering glasses online so I was a bit nervous. Staff were really helpful and answered all my questions. Was quoted 7-10 working days and glasses arrive in just over a week. It's been three weeks since I placed the order and I still haven't had any update on when I will receive my glasses, I was told delivery would be a week. The customer service team have been speedy on every email I send, but they never tell me anything, always polite though. They are the only reason why I am giving it two stars.

Ordered my new Ray Ban sunglasses on the Sunday night, received email Monday morning stating that they would be delivered on Tuesday. Got a further email on the Monday to tell me that DPD would deliver them between 1208 and 1308 on the Tuesday. At 1206 on the Tuesday the glasses were delivered. This is what's missing from the world these days, CUSTOMER SERVICE. The glasses were the cheapest online and service was amazing. Cannot recommend this company enough. Well done and thanks.

Quite simply one of the best on line shopping experiences I've had. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering glasses on line - would they fit?, would the prescription be correct?, what if there were problems? I needn't have worried. After submitting the order on line I wasn't expecting to be called to discuss the order the next day. This excellent communication continued throughout the process. There was a small problem with the order initially due to an error in the information I supplied. I was amazed that John probable offered to remake the lenses for free or offer a full refund when it was my mistake! Don't be afraid to order glasses on line from here, all you need is your prescription and pupil distance measurement (which you can make easily yourself or get from an optician). Rest assured any problems will be dealt with quickly and professionally. Massive savings on both frames and lenses vs the usual high street chains, most of which don't even have a lab!

This is the second time i have bought a pair of RayBan glasses from JP Opticians and once again I have not been disappointed. The value for money is amazing, and the time it takes to prepare the glasses and send them out is impressive. I do not try anywhere else now when i am looking for new glasses, JP Opticians is the first place i check out. Highly recommend them, i have already told friends and family about them!

I've always been unsure about going online for something as important as buying new glasses. It's not so much about the cost, but the uncertainty of the service. Any worries I had were instantly gone due to the personal service given by them at JP Opticians. From the outset they clearly mapped out what would happen. They answered every question I had instantly. Not only did I save around £150 vs high st opticians, but they had the best range of frames to choose from as well as an excellent website detailing options of lens and coating. On top of that, the glasses arrived within 10 days of placing my order. I'm a convert and would always use them in the future.
