The company was recommended to me by a relative, and although at first I was not quite sure about ordering online, I am so glad that I took their advise. Ciliary Blue is an excellent company. From the first offset when I needed to phone them the service was first class. And, all the way until I received my replacement lenses, it has been a good experience, and will certainly use them again, and recommend.

I first ordered a pair of glasses for my dry eye problem. Ciliary Blue exactly followed my prescription to give me not only good vision but an amazing relief from wind & sun. I asked if they could refurb an old pair of light framed old favourites with new lenses which my optician had said was impossible getting me to buy a new pair which I have never found quite the same. Ciliary Blue's friendly approachable staff agreed to do the refurb & have done a fantastic job on them at a fraction of the price of a new pair. The glasses are like getting an old friend back with perfect vision & fit. I certainly recommend the company, just send them your old frames for measurement & back come a brand new pair. Terrific!

I have had my free pair of glasses from Specsavers reglazed as sun glasses. It was really simple. I contacted the site they sent me a box to send my glasses in, along with my prescription. Hey presto- glasses received back very quickly. Dead simple. Very affordable. I will certainly recommend Ciliaryblue. I may even have another pair reglazed. Thank you.

This is the second time I have used Ciliaryblue to have my glasses reglazed. I have in between had costly glasses from the high street and have had not a lot if success so I thought I would try Ciliaryblue again. They didn't disappoint. I posted my glasses on a Tuesday. They emailed me to say the had received them on the Wednesday. Reglazed and posted back out to me on the Friday and I received them on the Saturday. All the time emailing me with every process they had done. Will definitely be using them again. Everything you need to know is on there website. If that's not helpful just give them a call and they will advise over the phone.

Found out about the service by word of mouth and was a little sceptical at first but as I needed a reglaze to a new prescription decided to give it a go, after posting off my frames in the prepaid box I was kept informed of proceedings (as my order was over Easter it took a little longer than it normally does, according to reviews) when I received my frames back and tried them on I thought what a great job they were ! varifocal reactions at a great price ! I shall be using the company again without a doubt.

Hi I have just received my re-glazed, refurbished and repaired glasses back from Cillary Blue and I am so pleased with them. These are Alessandero Dell'Acqua designer frames, expensive and no longer available. Last year the hinge on the arm snapped and I searched high & low for someone to repair them but no one could. I was so disappointed as they were my favorite frames and gave up on the challenge. Cillary Blue were recommended to me by a friend and after checking their website I decided to give them a go. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! They provide packaging for you to send your frames to them, they keep you informed of progress and are very keenly priced too! The whole process took approx 1 week and would have been quicker if not for the repair. I cannot praise them enough, not only did they manage to repair my frames, they came back looking like new! I needed some sports lens re-glazing and I was very impresses with the speed and ease of the service. The website was clear and straight forward. I ordered the lenses I needed, a stamped box arrived the next day and I posted the frames back with my prescription. Two days later the frames and lenses arrived back. The prices are exceptionally cheap, but the service and execution are first rate

This is a company who have got it right, they have a great product (re glazing your own frames to the highest standard) but more importantly they understand customer service. After placing the order they send out the packaging and pay the postage, every barrier to doing business with them is removed. In 4 working days I had my existing Rodenstock frames reglazed to my new prescription and returned, the lenses are perfect and the price is way better than the high st. Highly recommended.

Finally a company that is fast, efficient and friendly. I am now getting my second pair of glasses re-glazesd and having misplaced my script was helped by the friendly lady over the phone. I totally recommend this company and feel that other company's could learn a thing or two about good old fashioned service. Use them you will not be disappointed!
