Placed an order on 11th march, paid extra for Express delivery asthe goods were shown as in stock. Did not arrive and checked internet order. the in stock note had disappeared and now shown as part order. Asked to cancel they refused, asked for express payment back they refused by offered "store credit". Promised new delivery this week but no sign so I telephoned and was told that I will now get the goods by the end of the week, but the operator would not promise and was obviously just going through a routine. They have taken the full payment for the goods and express delivery.
