I ordered a Compact Flash card 4 weeks ago for £134.00
It was in stock. But the Delivery date came and went.

Tried to contact the company by telephone between 26th to 2nd December to find out where the goods were and the phone lines would automatically go to a recorded message stating no customer service agents.

Called every day with no success, even though the waiting time indicator showed 0mins 0 secs on the website.

Tried the fast contact via the website, with no responses. Tries everytime that it would allow me as it does not allow more than one send in any 24 hr.

No response in a week.

Tries calling today,4/12/12 surprised to get in a queue, started at position 5, and after 10 minutes was at position 1, after 20 minutes at position 1 and at 40 minutes still at position 1, at 45 minutes got disconnected.

It seems that WAE are doing anything possible not to get in contact with any customer. I am so annoyed that I did not check online reviews first that were not connected through their website.

They seem to have a team of people in the office to create false reviews.

My advice, keep well clear !
