My experience thus far -18th October bought PC for delivery on 1st Nov, money taken with credit card same day. On 2nd Nov no delivery so inquired and told that delivery would be in another 10-12 working days or could have my money back. On 5th Nov said I would cancel and WAE said 'the refund will be processed and back into your account soon' 15th Nov still no refund, password on account through to customer services now doesn't work, it did before and I can't contact customer service team, telephone enquiry line just cuts off. I have placed this in the hands of my credit card company to sort out as a dispute - Compare this experience with ebuyer bought pc 4th Nov, delivered 5th, returned 8th Nov, credit issued 12th Nov
