Years ago you could ring up and tell Viking the cheapest price, and they would better it, their customer service as friendly and understanding. Not any more. Customer service is dire. Costs decided by a computer.
Product range: fair
Quality: varies, depending on product
Pricing: expensive, especially as all their call centres are in third world
Delivery: Good
Returns: Don't get picked up promptly, and are not credited for months.
I would definitely recommend avoiding this company.
