Absolutely awful

Unfortunately I can not write a review on the product itself, and from some of the other reviews maybe these are good, but sadly I never received the product I ordered and the customer service was genuinely awful - as bad as I have ever received buying something online.
I placed an order, saying specifically it couldn't be a 9-5 mid-week delivery. I tried to discuss with the customer services team what would be possible via email (which became impossible due to both the levels of unhelpfulness that really was frustratingly rude) - I then moved on to the phone where the customer services people were more pleasant, agreed to fix the problem, and then did absolutely nothing helpful on the back on the conversation.
I gave up and asked for a refund, which to be fair, was paid almost straight away. To sum up the customer services team were incredibly unhelpful and seemed to have no interest in actually making the sale. A very odd and very poor experience. For those of you that actually get the product - I hope you have a good experience but word of caution that it is a terrible experience if something goes wrong.
