This is a fraudulent company. I paid £1,204.26 on 01/01/2013 and was promised a delivery time of within 4 weeks of the purchase. This company never delivered the goods and refused to refund my money. I could only get my money after raising a dispute on the transaction with my credit card company. The credit card company refunded the money on 15/03/2013. The sales manager is a chap called [name removed]...........an extremely dishonest man!

I am waiting a delivery from a company called Rauch Studio, but Home Improvement show on my bank statement. Having experienced the same problems and the website and emails no laonger function - could it be the same company ?

I am also waiting for delivery from Rauch Studio and having the same problems, no website function or emails, phone no does'nt work, i've waited 11 weeks for my wardrobe, beginning to think i've been taken for a ride. Just checked my credit card statement and it is Home Improvement Corporation, glad we used credit card and not cash.
