“Chair broke”

After two months of buying my first chair the plastic base snapped. They sent a new one out straight away. 2months later the arm rest broke. they replaced that. Then 2 months later the base broke for second time and I nearly fell on the floor. They did not care that it was a health and safety issue. just wanted to send replacement parts. No more I said I have had enough. SOmeone will get hurt one of these days. Never got a refund, threw it in the tip. Waste of time and money. Max weight 150Kg. I weigh 120 Kg. Ypu do the maths.
