I had so many problems in locating the chair that I liked in the brochure and only find out how to do it when I called the customer service. Apparently, locating the chair by category nor the name is not useful but the actual product code and the color code. Then when I tried to purchase the item online, it looks as though that I was not able to delete the items that I no longer required. What it really worries me is that when the receipt (ie: the pdf file) was generated after payment has gone through, it showed zero as my total purchase.... I was quickly on the phone again to speak to the customer service on this issue. While I was on the phone, the receipt from the payment company came through and it was what I thought I've purchased so I raised this with the telephone service once I was through to speak to another customer service personnel. I was told not to worry about the online invoice and that the email generated by the credit card company is more accurate.... :(

As I've ordered online on Monday at around 14.43pm, I asked if the 24 hours guarantee will still work (as there are any exception on the website and it looks as if the item was in stock and when I called, I kind of expected this to be of false advertisement). The lady on the other line told me that I will receive on Wednesday at the latest.

This... to my great disappointment was not the case so I called again around 2pm on Wednesday to asked where it was and I was told that it will be there by 5.30pm on Wednesday... but then no call to confirm it and I was left waiting around my work place and then when I called again around 4.58pm - another gentleman has told me that it will not happen on the Wednesday and it was only promised when it was in stock. I was not happy for two reasons: 1) this should be communicated in the website if there are no stock available, which it was not and I was left to believe that when I called on Monday there are stock available, 2) when they promised to call me earlier on the day to update if there will be any changes to the delivery time which they have not called at all and I ended up wasting my time staying in than out to meet clients and the staff was left to sit on the chair that we look to replaced.

The chair eventually arrived on Thursday around lunch time... its is definitely not 24 hours that it promised to be and certainly the communication was really not the best (there are no communication at all to be honest). Really disappointed at my first attempt to order items with this company.
