Total con, thought we had found a rwasonable deal but the goods have still not arrived and after they have taken your money, they do not communicate with you at all. The phone is never answered and emails are ignored! Do NOT order with them.

They take your money , they do not supply goods, They do not return calls.They do not reply to texts. They do not reply to e- mails. It must be a certain type of person who is willing to work for a company like this, knowing that they are spoiling other peoples livelyhoods and jobs.

Like previous reviewers I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this company. I ordered and paid for a hideaway media cupboard at £250+, but despite numerous emails (most of them coming back unreceived - their given IP address doesn't exist), phone calls and calls to Sage Pay (who won't have anything to do with returning buyer's money although they take it on what they call a 'secured pay site'! Secure for the seller that is! I have notified Trading Standards who say that they have had many complaints about this company, but couldn't give me any firm assurance that any action had been taken against them. I am in the process of trying to recover the money from my Credit Card Company, but it is a long process involving copies of all communications between myself and Cheap Office Furniture (also Dynamic Online). I have lost, the Credit Card company will presumably lose, and Cheap Office Furniture get fat on my hard earned cash! On trying to get onto their site again today www.cheapofficefurniture.co.uk seemed to have 'disappeared' - very strange! If I could have given zero stars I would have, and these reviews should give reviewers that option as 1 star from each reviewer will add up to some 'good' points surely? Believe me there are none from buying from this company! DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!Hid

I think they have been shut down!!!! Yeah!!! I also reported them to trading standards and also the fraud team. Looks like it has been a success - hope you get your money back from your credit card co - I did without question.

I love internet shopping as you can get a great bargain but NOT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are clearly a drop shipping site ie selling from multiple suppliers without holding any stock. I ordered a desk [which is still advertised for sale on their site] at the beginning of Feb 2012. Like so many others I had heard nothing after 2 weeks. Tried calling there is nobody there on any of their sales/accounts lines, left messages for them to call me back, nothing... sent emails and even tracked the delivery and read receipts. Every week I sent an email chasing the status of my order. Occasionally I got an email saying they did not have a delivery date from their supplier. So after 8 weeks I thought I would try and source the same product from a different site - this company advised me the supplier of the desk had gone into administration and that they would remove the desk from being for sale. I advised Dynamic Solutions group of this and requested a full refund. 4 weeks later NO REFUND nor are they responding to emails, so have now had to source a refund from my credit card company. NEVER EVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THIS SITE.

I ordered a desk from cheap office furniture took my money. It been 28 days now still nothing same issuer as everyone else several emails, phone call and nothing status is still processing only message I got was waiting for manufacture confirm this was 17 days after they should have delivered .. terrible company. I demanded a refund and still waiting I have now reported them to a fraud prevention company . is sending a letter to my bank for a refund and waiting for a call back from the trading standard so I can update them on this also... DON NOT USE THEY LOOK GOOD THEY DON'T DELIVER ANY SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. All I wanted was my desk :( Wish there had been a review when I ordered I would have thought twice about it but then there was nothing now there is loads so I can only assume there were new at that time.

hi didn't hear anything from ether tbh.. however I did contact my bank and was told to write to visa about the issue giving them all the details and I received the refund back on my account... they have 60 day to contest it but so for nothing and it been two month and if they have any sense they wont... so a result all in all.. I think visa is your best bet.... as for office furniture they still have my account open to processing so I can only assume they don't update there website at all. it should be shut down. anyway good luck

I ordered a desk in the first week of April 2012. Was told it would take 7-10 days. After 2 weeks, I called and called and called the company (kept getting an annoying answering phone stating someone would call me back but they never did) and eventually got somebody who said it would be another week. A week later they said it would be another week as there was a problem with the maker of the desk but didn't let me know about this until I pestered them. To add insult to injury, they had managed to get their money straight away from my bank - again the only efficient thing they can actually do! After a further week, I eventually tried to get my money back but couldn't get through to anyone to get the refund. Eventually got my bank to reverse the transaction by means of a credit dispute with the company. Call your bank!!!!!! I'm also going to get on to trading standards today and would urge everyone else to do the same. Companies like this need to be extinguished! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Complete fraudsters, do not use!!! If you have bought something then report it to your bank as they have advised they should be able to refund the money. In the meantime if anyone lives in Scotland and wishes to pay them a visit please let me know how you get on!

Ordered a chair with this company and cancelled it three days later as stock not expected for over three weeks. 37 days later and numerous emails and no sign of a refund. Account updated immediately to reflect cancelled order - and subsequently advised that they have up to 30 days to issue a refund but no sign of it. No answer on any of the three phone lines and fortunate if you get any sort of email reply. Never again!

Despite still offering the furniture I ordered for sale on their website (as at 08/03/12), they took my money in December 2011 and never delivered. I had to get my money back via my credit card company because they wouldn't respond to voice messages or emails. If I could have given no stars at all above, I would have!

It was a dire experience dealing with this company. They are quick to take an order and your money. Once this is done, making contact with them is impossible. I made 11 unsuccessful phone calls over 4 weeks to ask why I hadn't received ordered goods (a desk and pedestal), each time leaving messages on all 3 of their 'departments' answer machines. No calls were ever returned. In addition, I sent many e-mails, again ignored. A colleague used a different phone number to ring them as we felt they were recognising numbers so ignoring, and it was answered. However, the female who answered couldn't give her any information and said they would investigate and ring her back - this never happened and follow-up calls were ignored again. I notified trading standards and followed their advice on next steps. Having gone through a laborious process to demand delivery of the goods (recorded delivery letters etc) or the return of my money, I was finally able to provide a portfolio of evidence to the credit card company and finally got my money back some 4 months from the order. As a social enterprise company with a small staff set-up, this has caused us a lot of problems, and wasted considerable staff time and resources. I would never recommend them and hope that Trading Standards can make a successful prosecution.

This is the worst company I have ever had any dealing with, they only thing they have managed to do efficiently is take my money. I have been waiting weeks for a desk have called numerous times left several messages and sent in excess of 10 emails all to no response. There customer service department is completely non existent, from what I gather there business address is a run down warehouse near Glasgow, they hold no stock themselves and will take your money in hope they can source the item from elsewhere and if they cant you are left up the creek. Please everybody avoid this company at all costs, they are no more than a bunch of low life criminals, in fact they are worse than street muggers at least they have decency to rob you in person, these guys hide behind their website to steal your money! How have these people being getting away with this for so long and not been shut down by their card processor and trading standards?

I feel I should put a review on here to balance out the feedback on this webstore. I placed an order for a folding desk on 30 Jan 12. The price was about 50% cheaper than anywhere else online. It said that delivery would be within 5 days, but in the case of non-delivery, not to contact them until 14 days after the order date. On 13 Feb 12 it still had not arrived, and I had had no correspondence to explain the status of my order. I emailed them to request an update and then searched online for reviews, which was when I found this site. On 14 Feb, having received no reply to my email (although I hadn't given it very long) I phoned the customer services, fully expecting to at best, get the run around. After leaving my contact details I was called back in about 10 minutes. The gentleman that called said he had been chasing up my order with the supplier and it would be with me on the 15th or 16th. The morning of the 15th I got a text message from the courier company to say it was being delivered. The desk turned up as promised. The packaging was a bit battered, and the desk itself was a little worse for wear, cracked in places and a couple of dents, but nothing too bad. I am not going to risk going through the returns process as it is functional, and at the discount I got, it is a fair condition. So I cannot comment on their returns process, as my reluctance is only due to the reviews on this forum and cheapofficefurniture have not had the chance to demonstrate their level of customer service in this area. So in summary, I received the item I ordered in a condition that could be better, but is probably fair given the price I paid. The company's communications could be a lot better, I don't think I should have to chase up an order 5 days after it's due delivery date, but they did get back to me quickly. Having read these reviews I would probably think twice about using the website again, but in fairness, I want to record my positive shopping experience alongside the negatives.

Ordered an office Desk and chair for a new starter on 08/12/11 as had been given confirmed delivery date of before Christmas. After many, many, many emails and voicemails (none answered)I still as at 14/02/12 do not have a fulfilled order. From my perspective I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company as they do not understand the first principles of Customer Service ie..keeping you informed of any delays and more importantly as in my case simply take your money but do not deliver. I'm now looking at legal action to resolve either way which is the very last thing you expect when ordering from what appears to be a 'Reputable' Company. I was sadly mistaken.

False customer service, False Accounts Department and False Company. They never return their emails, phone calls. Still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks. Like you I was also taken in by the professional looking website, ordered goods in good faith, funds twere aken from my account immediately, but as you will not be surprised to hear, no products were shipped. Like everyone else we were unable to get any response from either the on line help, the phone number provided, or the e-mail address. My advice is don’t just sit back and take this. Fraud is a serious crime which can result in a prison sentence. You have a voice, so take action NOW!. I was promised desk was in stock, total lie, paid by credit card luckily. when desk didn't arrive e-mailed and phoned, no reply, left messages, no reply and then found review centre. They seem to answer sales calls but after they have your money, you don't hear from them. Directors of company are directors of a2b furniture and bistro furniture and on of them is director of Enjoy Furniture of Coatbridge, Lanarkshire. I am going to contact Trading Standards and their local paper to see if they are interested in running a story about them.

I bought a desk for £500. I cancelled the order a few days later. I had to send approx three emails and three times I filled in their own feedback form with no response. Rang them twice - no answer. Eventually got a response which was from some random email and the signature within the email was from someone else again! They assured me I would be getting a refund but that they were going to charge me for them to send the item back to Germany. I advised them I cancelled having never received the item and was not liable for any costs. That was the last I heard from them. Repeatedly tried to contact them eventually giving them 30days to refund the money before I took the matter further. Heard nothing so complained to trading standards and, thankfully, my CC company (vanquis) refunded the money in full. Absolute scam DO NOT USE THEM!!

This is same happened with our company, we purchased office chair, Cheap Office Furniture, they charged us 390 GBP, order placed on 26/12/2011. No reponse from them and made many calls, we got their company detail from company house. We got payment reeceipt from "Dynamic Online Ltd". We got company registeration no. SC304432, we found two official director for this company. Now we have give last warning for payment but no response from them.
can you please advise Standard office detail, so we can report this to them. This is complete Scam as per our experiance.

I think this outfit has been shut down now - YEAH - glad I pursued the trading standards agency now and the fraud squad - looks like it may have been worth the effort!!!! My credit card company paid me our money back so I would go down this route and don't wait any longer.
