Products were easy to find, great communication and fast delivery - you can't ask for anything more other than competitive prices - got them too

We were experiencing difficulty with our current IT and office supplier and were waiting weeks for items and items being discontinued after ordering. But since joining business it online they have made things so much simpler.Just emailed products we use and they created a favourites list so I can now place an order now in a matter of minutes. They also have a live stock system so always lets me know if they have stock. They also have reduced our costs by around 10% on our products. very helpful and all you need to email them and they will source whatever you need if they can.

I have to say Businessitonline have been lovely to deal with since I started using them. Everything I have ordered has arrived as requested. The customer service I have experienced from them has been spot on, they reply to emails almost immediately and are friendly and have a sense of humor. As an office manager I speak to a lot of companies and very few get it right like this. While their range of stock might not be exhaustive they have pretty much everything I need to run a normal office and the prices generally compare very well to other more well known stationary companies. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is fed up of wasting their money with other stationary companies.

I've used Business IT Online for the second time, and not only is their pricing excellent but the service is second to none. I've used various stationery suppliers over the years and would not change from Business IT Online now that I have found them. They offer an extensive product selection, the website is very easy to navigate and if you have any questions or comments the service they offer is excellent.

When we placed an order we had a few problems with online payments. Unprompted, Business IT Online contacted us directly to help with this and we managed to arrange payment over the phone- saving a great deal of time and hassle. The follow-up calls have also been excellent. The customer service really is excellent. Delivery was very quick and the deliver person efficient and polite.

I ordered various items including some inkjet cartridges at very good price I may say ! they were delivered next day , which was GREAT as we had run out ! I can only say this is first class service and will use this Company again plus recommend to other businesses. Well priced , efficient & safely packaged, overall No complaints. MINOR point – a PHONE contact would be helpful ,as Its GOOD to talk, although online chat is there and I did use as Email confirm initially went into SPAM and I couldn’t trace them,:-( BUT got it sorted now :-)
