I thought I should say something about this website as I was nearly put of by some of the reviews on these pages but in the end I went for the cheapest price. The initial customer service was a lot more attentive than most sites. My keyboard arrived the next day but the box had been damaged in transit by the courier (it happens). They arranged collection and delivery of a new one the day after that, no messing around. I have recommended them to my friends who are also thinking about getting a keyboard.

I ordered a hi-hat stand and snare stand and was advised by email that they were out of stock. I decided to wait for new stock to arrive but after a 7 day wait I decided to ask imusician to send me alternatives of equal value. They said they would send them out the same day. That was 3 days ago and they still haven't arrived. Defintely would not recommend imusician and will not use them again.

Their prices were the best I found. The customer service was very friendly. Delivery was on time, within a week of ordering. What more can you ask?

I ordered a pair of Peavey Messenger Pro15 PA speakers from iMusician late one evening at a very competetive Price. I received them in good condition less than 2 days later by courier. The cost for the delivery was £9.99 which is pretty reasonable for 2 speakers that way 22kg each!

Good looking website with what I thought were good prices. Ordered my product. iMusician contacted me to advise of a problem with my card details. Got that sorted over the phone and was advised that they would sent my guitar out that day. After waiting for 5 days, rang them to find out where it was only to be told they wouldn't sent the guitar until I had paid a further £50. They then advised that the price had been wrong on the website - despite taking money for the thing 3 times and not spotting the error!!!!

After having my iMusician order confirmed I received an email to say it was out of stock, so i was forced to wait 3 weeks for it to be dispatched.
The amp stopped working after 4 months. I spoke to iMusician over the phone and was told to get Marshall to send me a replacement valve tube. Marshall told me this was not possible, and that iMusician must arrange a courier to collect it from me and take it to Marshall down in Milton Keynes. After speaking to iMusician they told me it was my job to arrange the courier (and pay for it). When i informed them that under UK law it is their responsibility to pay any costs which may be incurred the representative said (and I quote verbatim) "No". So I had to pay over £50 to send it to iMusician.
I ordered a Marshall JCM2000 DSL401 (costing £400+). it was the best price on the internet and £100 cheaper than one highstreet store.
Their prices are good, but if something goes wrong with your purchase don't expect reasonable support or service.

I order a clavinova and earphones from iMusician. I am VERY SCEPTICAL of online buying but this company put my mind at rest. Can't really fault them. I would definately recommend to anyone to choose this company and if i need more equipment i would use them again.

i orderd a korg microkorg which cost me in the region of around 279. and i can say i will be ordering from again. i orded friday and got my korg by wednesday (thats 3 workin days)
was very happy with the price of the product the delivery was a reasonable price at £10.00 so not great but not bad considering the box was 5 foot long. when you do recieve your product you may find that the box has been opened slightly. but this is only for handling purposes (just to let people know)
one of the only very slight bad points which i didn't put into the previous bad points box because it isnt really a bad point of such, was that i didn't recieve a dispatch email, i recieved an email saying that it had been processed, however this just added to the excitment when my package arrived.
and also i didn't use this when i orderd, however imusician is one of the only companys who i could find that would order to another address if required. like i say didn't use this, but is a good feature to have.
would recommend to any one wanting to order a musical instrument for a cheap price

Received first USA strat and the neck adjuster nut was loose, no problem with exchange but when the replacement was received there was a large gap between the neck and the body. Decided to go a bit up spec with the replacement and ordered a sienna sunburst ash body. Again delivery and communication was very good, received guitar, thaught that the body had a few blemishes and knots in the wood but decided to leave this. A couple of weeks later started to compare to other USA Fender sienna sunburst guitars to note that the body was indeed flawed. Have mailed the guys today, 5th Jan to ask the question as to is this guitar a factory 2nd and await their reply.

It's nice to be able to find a company that is trustworthy and imusician is definitely that. The delivery times were as quoted, the packages were well protected and quality of merchandise excellent.
Any queries were swiftly answered and staff were always polite.
I wholly recommend iMusician for it's quality and it's prices. You will have a hard job beating them - I couldn't and I tried.

I must confess i had my doubts as the price seems to good to be true. I took the leap of faith and i must confess i was very happy with the smooth ordering process. Communication throughout was excellent as i was informed of the status of the order all the way. From placing the order on Saturday to delivery on Wednesday, realistically only took 3 working days.
To summarize / imusician.co.uk is a company you can trust.

We ordered the Yamaha PSR S700 keyboard for our son from imusician. It was a very competitive price the delivery was quick and staff at the company were polite and helpful when contacted about delivery details. I would recommend the company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Not really a bad point but it would be useful if the site explaned that if you were spending over 1000 pounds it has to be delivered to the cardholders address, this isn't on the internet site. Overall we are very satisfied with the service.

Excellent price - far cheaper than anywhere else. Queried availability by email - prompt reply. Wanted to change the delivery date - this was done - Strat arrived when promised. Excellent service - would recommend it without reservation.

I am a dad who knows little about the tools of music. But I can state 100% that you will not go wrong with these guys. The website gives top class information with prices to match and the speed of service was first class. We purchased a Marshall MG 10kk Kerry King Combo Amp the sound from something so small is top notch. Can't find any bad points, except my daughter can now play very loud music. Many thanks guys.

I ordered the mixer on Wednesday evening, received a phone call from a member of staff on Thursday at work to confirm my address and received my mixer Friday morning, couldn't ask for more.
