Don't bother. I purchased a Supro Martinique from thomann in august 2017. In January of this year i discovered some cracks appearing in the body. I contacted thomann and returned the guitar. After 5weeks of constant pestering i received a new one. On opening the package i noticed some cracks in the body of the new one. So contacted thomann and sent photos. They said it was damaged in transit. Not for me to confirm but the box was in good condition. So then it took over 3weeks to get the guitar picked up for inspection. No I'm stuck in the middle of a dispute between thomann and ups. Ten weeks since this started i am no further on. Around £1000 out of pocket and no guitar. . Anyone know what to do?

They just sold me a faulty B-Stock VOX AC30HW2x with loose pre-amp tubes clamps, didn't allow me to open it to sort it out, arranged a shipment back 5 days later, and instead replacing it for a new one of fixing it fast, Thomman opened a warranty case and left me in blanc. When I asked for news 3 weeks later they told me would take 3-4 weeks to repair. I bought a B-Stock 100€ cheaper than a regular unboxed item, with the advertised "all as new conditions". They have treated me very unprofessionally with huge disrespect, and I'm still waiting for the refund 5 weeks after purchase, and they won't even do any sort of compensation for having my 1.799€ for long. This is really pre-45 attitude. Thankfully not all Germans are the same as them!!!
