They abused customer rights to accept a faulty item within 30 days when I tried to return an ibanez guitar and get my money back. They are not familiar with customer rights and lied to me dozens of time by telling me stuff taken from space like the guitar is dirty because on its glossy finish are visible fingerprints which half of them was left by them when they force screwed the tremolo lever to prove to me that it is not loose on movement. Next, they tried to make a full from me by forcing me to believe that it is normal when E1 guitar string is jumping behind the frets on the neck edge. After checking on many guitars within the store and not finding a single one which would have the same issue they still didn't want to refund my money. One tall guy was relay arrogant to the point of being rude and unproffessional. There were obvious sings of usage after 20 days of me playing the guitar like fingerprints or darkened strings. This is fine in terms of customer rights, as long as the item has no other porpously damage done. But the tall guy never heard about it. Also I had an issue where after couple of days the cosmo black paint from metal equipment started to wearing off. He called this abuse of the instrument. Well, if you want to buy an instrument - better avoid this store.
EDIT: they send the guitar to Epsom for an inspection because they stated that at Camden are no technicians. After one week I contacted them and they replied that at Epsom was no technician but their technician at Camden store should look it up next week. THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD
